Cette m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement est \u00e9galement incontournable pour tous !<\/p><p>Le gainage est une bonne alternative aux exercices d&rsquo;abdominaux type \u00ab\u00a0crunchs\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res pour le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e et le dos. Il est donc largement utilis\u00e9 dans les cours de renforcement musculaire, Yoga, Pilates, etc&#8230; Et toutes les disciplines sportives.\u00a0<\/p><p>En effet, le gainage permet le renforcement de la musculature globale, notamment des muscles profonds et superficiels de l&rsquo;abdomen et du dos gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une contraction isom\u00e9trique (statique) de ces muscles.\u00a0<\/p><p>Mais le gainage est malheureusement trop souvent limit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice de la planche, ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 en posture statique. On en oublie parfois l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat du gainage.
