La pression abdominale augmente, les organes et le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e descendent \u00e9galement, les abdominaux se rel\u00e2chent et le ventre se gonfle l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p><p>A l&rsquo;expiration, le diaphragme remonte, entra\u00eenant les organes et le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e, les abdominaux se contractent et le ventre se creuse.<\/p><p><strong>La respiration physiologique l&rsquo;abdomen.<\/strong><\/p><p>Les pressions abdominales poussent les organes vers l&rsquo;avant et le bas, et peuvent causer descentes d&rsquo;organes, fuites urinaires, hernies inguinales et lombalgies, surtout en cas de faiblesse de la sangle abdominale profonde.<\/p><p><strong>Pour \u00e9viter les hyperpressions lors des exercices de renforcement des abdominaux
