Et comme tu ne pourras pas tenir ce rythme quotidiennement, tu auras de longues p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;inactivit\u00e9. Ce mode d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement ne permet pas de profiter des effets positifs continus que procure une activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne.
