Il s&rsquo;agit de mouvements fondamentaux qui sont \u00e0 la base de notre motricit\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1 &#8211; La respiration abdominale<\/strong><\/p><p>La respiration abdominale (diaphragmatique) est le premier exercice de musculation que nous avons fait b\u00e9b\u00e9. Le b\u00e9b\u00e9 respire correctement car il utilise son diaphragme. On voit son ventre bouger. <br \/>Cela lui permet bien s\u00fbr de s\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner mais aussi de renforcer son centre (diaphragme, abdos, plancher pelvien)&#8230; Et aussi de faciliter la digestion en massant les organes\u00a0!<\/p><p>La plupart des adultes d\u00e9sapprennent cette respiration naturelle et adoptent une respiration thoracique. Ils utilisent leurs muscles respiratoires accessoires (cage thoracique, cou, \u00e9paules) qui sont nos muscles respiratoires d\u2019urgence. Cette fa\u00e7on de respirer devrait \u00eatre r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux urgences et \u00e9pisodes de stress extr\u00eames. Or la plupart des adultes respirent comme \u00e7a 24h\/24&#8230; Il est donc vital de retrouver une respiration ventrale !<\/p><p><strong>2- Le contr\u00f4le de la t\u00eate<\/strong><\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir respir\u00e9, contr\u00f4ler notre t\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 notre premi\u00e8re mission quand nous \u00e9tions b\u00e9b\u00e9. Cela nous a permis de nous nourrir\u00a0!<\/p><p>Une fois adulte, faire des hochements de t\u00eate contribue \u00e0 notre bien-\u00eatre global. Ces mouvements nourrissent le syst\u00e8me vestibulaire qui loge dans notre t\u00eate\u2026 Et ce syst\u00e8me est essentiel pour notre sant\u00e9 ! Non seulement il r\u00e9git notre \u00e9quilibre, mais il est aussi la base sur laquelle tous nos autres syst\u00e8mes sensoriels sont \u00e9rig\u00e9s\u00a0: immunitaire, digestif, cardiovasculaire et respiratoire.<\/p><p><strong>3- Les retournements<\/strong><\/p><p>Une fois qu&rsquo;il a assez de force gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la respiration et aux mouvements de la t\u00eate, le b\u00e9b\u00e9 va vouloir d\u00e9couvrir le monde et se d\u00e9placer. Notre premier mode de d\u00e9placement a \u00e9t\u00e9 le retournement du dos au ventre, et du ventre au dos. Et nous le faisions segment pas segment, d&rsquo;abord le haut du corps puis le bas ou l&rsquo;inverse.<\/p><p>Retrouver cette mobilit\u00e9 de la colonne vert\u00e9brale va largement contribuer au bien-\u00eatre de notre dos.<\/p><p><strong>4- Les balancements<\/strong><\/p><p>Ensuite, le b\u00e9b\u00e9 va continuer \u00e0 vouloir se d\u00e9placer pour aller toujours plus loin\u00a0! Il va ramper au sol puis marcher \u00e0 4 pattes. Mais avant de marcher \u00e0 4 pattes, il va se mettre \u00e0 4 pattes et se balancer d&rsquo;avant en arri\u00e8re. Cela permet \u00e0 son corps de se renforcer encore plus, et \u00e0 son cerveau de comprendre que le corps est un ensemble et non plusieurs parties. Ensuite, il coordonne ses mouvements et marche \u00e0 4 pattes.<\/p><p>Lorsque tu ex\u00e9cutes ce mouvement une fois adulte\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><p>Toutes tes articulations principales bougent \u00e0 l\u2019unisson : pieds, chevilles, genoux, hanches, colonne vert\u00e9brale, \u00e9paules et poignets. Ta mobilit\u00e9 est restaur\u00e9e !<\/p><\/li><li><p>Tes muscles posturaux et moteurs se renforcent de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9flexe. Tu gagnes donc en force et en stabilit\u00e9 et ta posture s\u2019am\u00e9liore.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ton plancher pelvien s\u2019active et cela am\u00e9liore sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019activer de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9flexe. Un p\u00e9rin\u00e9e comp\u00e9tent est un p\u00e9rin\u00e9e auquel on ne pense pas !<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ton syst\u00e8me vestibulaire est stimul\u00e9 (encore lui!). Cela aide pour l\u2019\u00e9quilibre mais aussi pour calmer l\u2019esprit, r\u00e9duire le stress, r\u00e9initialiser les \u00e9motions&#8230;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5- Les mouvements crois\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p><p>On a tous fait cet exercice \u00e9tant enfant ou en cours de sport sans en soup\u00e7onner tous les bienfaits !<\/p><p>Les mouvements crois\u00e9s consistent \u00e0 passer la ligne m\u00e9diane du corps, par exemple en ramenant une main vers le genou oppos\u00e9. Ils renforcent la coordination entre les deux h\u00e9misph\u00e8res du cerveau, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la coordination g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et la mobilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Il vont \u00e9galement renforcer ce que l&rsquo;on appelle le \u00ab\u00a0core\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l&rsquo;ensemble des muscles situ\u00e9s dans la partie centrale du corps : abdominaux, lombaires, bassin, fessiers et les muscles de la colonne vert\u00e9brale.
