Ils ne seront par contre pas utiles si tu es hyperlaxe. En variant les exercices (statiques et dynamiques), tu auras de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Massages et auto-massages<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><div>Tout comme les \u00e9tirements, ils peuvent procurer un bienfait imm\u00e9diat mais ne suffiront pas \u00e0 long terme. Ils vont contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9tendre les muscles et lib\u00e9rer les tensions.\u00a0<\/div><ul><li><span class=\"notion-enable-hover\" data-token-index=\"0\"><strong>Renforcement musculaire<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><br \/><!-- notionvc: ea652077-ec9a-456e-b031-d4d159f0852e --><\/li><\/ul><p>Le renforcement musculaire est indispensable pour ta mobilit\u00e9 et pour ta sant\u00e9 globale. Tu peux \u00e9galement varier les exercices : au poids du corps, avec charges, exercices fonctionnels ou par groupes musculaires&#8230; D\u00e9velopper ta force te permettra d&rsquo;affronter les contraintes de la vie quotidienne sans te blesser et de conserver ta libert\u00e9 de mouvement !<\/p><ul><li><strong><span class=\"notion-enable-hover\" data-token-index=\"0\">Exercices sp\u00e9cifiques de mobilit\u00e9 <\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"notion-enable-hover\" data-token-index=\"0\">Ils combinent souplesse, force et contr\u00f4le moteur. Tu peux faire par exemple des rotations articulaires contr\u00f4l\u00e9es de chaque articulation, qui sont des mouvements effectu\u00e9s lentement et dans toute l&rsquo;amplitude des articulations. Mais il existe de nombreux autres exercices !<\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong>Hygi\u00e8ne de vie<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>N&rsquo;oublie pas que la bonne sant\u00e9 de tes articulations passe aussi par l&rsquo;assiette ! Une alimentation vari\u00e9e et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, ainsi qu&rsquo;une hydratation suffisante sont indispensables.
